Dimitrios is a Managing Partner of EMEA Capital based in Monaco.
Until 2011 he was Co-Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities at UBS AG as well as Global Head of Rates and FX Trading.
He was also a member of the UBS Investment Bank Executive Management Committee.
Prior to that, he worked for 13 years at Merrill Lynch in Europe where he was a Managing Director in Global Markets and Co-Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Sales and Trading for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
In addition, he was a member of the European Executive Management Committee, Chairman of the EMEA Structured Transactions Commiittee and Board Member of Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner and Smith UK. Between 2002 and 2006 he was Head of European FICC Sales as well as the Head of EMEA Derivatives Group responsible for all derivatives transactions in Europe.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, he worked 3 years at Commerzbank International Capital Management where he was a Portfolio Manager / Trader for US and Canadian government bonds based in Frankfurt.
Dimitrios holds BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle Univesity in Greece as well as an MBA / DIC from Imperial College / University of London.
